This is my review for the 2013 Miss Universe preliminary swimsuit competition!!! 

In just a few days we will know the name of the new MU, but who were the standouts? Who actually have shot to win make it into the top 16 and win this thing?

High Honors Top 16: Angola (Best of Africa), Haiti, Jamaica, Turkey, Ukraine and USA.
